How to create an alternate account for Tap Titans 2?

Why do you need an alt account for tap titans 2?

Reason A: If you have been playing a while still don't have BoS (Book of Shadow) or just can't get the equipment/artifact/pet you want.

Reason B: Shit happens, if something happened to your main account, you gonna need a backup plan.

Reason C: Creating an alt will help you better understand Tap Titans 2 game play and try out different builds. Also getting familiar with the account import/save process.

How to create an alt for TT2 if you have multiple device?

Usually you will have more than one device at home. Because this game is almost on all platforms. You can play it on iOS device: iPhone, iPad. You can play it on Android device: your Samsung phone, LG phone, Samsung tablet, old android phone etc. You can even play it on heavily modified android tablet like Fire. Yes, it is on Amazon app store. I got a 7 inch Fire tablet from Amazon.com only 33 dollar on Black Friday deal. They works well with this game, but somehow the daily shop can't open on fire, not sure the new version have fix it or not.

Playing with multiple device is easy, one account one device. But even so, you have to remember register a new account with different email and assign to each of them.

The account section is in Options.

I will prefer using email instead of facebook since you gonna create alt.

How to create an alt for TT2 if you only have one device?

Okay, have more than one device is easy then, but what happened if you only have 1 device? Yes, you can still do it. But there is restriction, you will have to tap your first account until it is the level can prestige.

Step 1

Sign up via email with new account then prestige, your first account progress should be saved on server. (If your stage level is high and have already prestige several times, this should not be hard. For me right now, I just upgrade a few hero and take a break then I should have the gold enough to level me up to the level can prestige.)

Step 2: 

for Android. Quit the game, go to settings, apps, find and tap on TT2 app to show detail.
Force stop the app

Clear the data

After doing this, you don't need to uninstall the app. Open the app again now. You should run the game like a fresh one. Then follow the instruction to create another account, or import one if you already created.


for iOS (iPhone, iPad). You just delete the app and install from app store again, then your account info should be erased and run like a fresh one.

If you want to create an alt, you should do it as early as possible since the Pets and daily reward all gonna need time...

So the vote timer is about to end and looks like this post gonna be about Cheats... like most of you voted.

Don't worry, I will give ya what you want, but first thing first I want you to know the following 3 things before you continue...

3 Thing you must know before you try to cheat on Tap Titans 2

ONE. It's a bad idea to download hacked apk/MOD.

I'm a iPhone user so I will have less this problem since iPhone is harder to use hack or MOD, but those android user need to think careful when they try to do so. Android user can easily download apk file to install or move MOD file onto their phone. Are you sure they are trying to hack the game or hack you? So many spam and untrusted website when comes to game hacks. Some are trick you into a survey, others might trick you into a fake download link that need to upgrade to premium the download (pay real money). If your phone gonna be your major phone for daily use, this is even more risky since they can use a apk to install more than 1 apps for you (your phone will slow down, Trojan? I don't know, up to them) or they can just steal your contacts information etc.


TWO. It's a really bad idea to send your account/password information to others.

Some website claim to generate diamond for you without download anything, but they gonna need your account and password, do you believe it?

Since I might have more programming knowledge than you. Let me tell you how to tell what's fake:
Any promise to increase or unlimited in game: Diamonds
Any promise to increase or unlimited in game: Relics or Artifacts
Any promise to increase or unlimited in game: Skill Points
Any promise to increase or unlimited in game: Hero Weapons
Any promise to increase or unlimited in game: Pets
Because those information saved on server side! What that mean is, it's not what the number on your phone that need to modify, it's what's on the server, and you can't just send a simple command to change what's on the server. Even you have 10k diamond on your phone, when you try to buy something. They gonna double check the diamond amount on server. You just fooling yourself, nothing gonna happen as soon as you connect to the internet. Especially diamond, that's their money! If you are doing business making money I'm sure you also gonna make transaction record for all your money.


THREE. You are not playing fair with other players.

Cheating is cheating. No matter small cheat or big cheat, some players might not like what you doing. So you might not wanna communicate this topic in game too much. It's okay to share with your friend, but if you share it on reddit... ok, the dev there gonna talk to you, LOL.

Since this is a tapping game, there are some small treats that might free your hand a little bit so you can enjoy more other part of the game without destroying the balance in game too much. That's the little cheat method I would choose for you, and try my best to make sure it is SAFE for you to use. But remember, nothing is 100% safe, it also depend on what you do and how you use it. BTW, I don't create any method, I do collect and sharing what's on the internet.

Should you buy perks in TT2?

If you are rich, then Yes.
No one can stop you from buying.

But if your diamonds are earned by your hard work, then No.
You should NOT buy perks.

You should save your diamonds to buy more important stuff, pets for example.
Some people even saved enough to buy a legendary weapon from daily shop(when they saw a good one)

So how can you get FREE perks?
You can get free perks from fairies, tournament reward, daily login reward etc.

Here are the Perks List and explain (they all have short description, right?)

Make it Rain
A lot of fairies will come out so you can click on them to "Rain" money.
I my case, if I got a reward perk from system, 50% will be this make it rain...
Use it wisely only when you stuck on high level, especially for beginner.
Later on you will find you can easily level up without them. I still got 4 of this perk didn't use.

Mana Potion
It has the same price as make it rain, I think it's over priced. Just refill your mana? For one time? I will just turn off my phone and wait. Maybe late game become useful, but I think they got the steal man skill in late game, right?

Double Damage
It is useful, especially for beginner. If you just started got several hour free time. Spent this perk. But compare to all the other ways you can multiply your damage, not worth to buy but better than the mana one. And in my case. I got a 20-30% chance to get this one from system.

Doom
Another over price item... Summon a monster help you kill titan? it won't even last... Dev should change it as least last for 10s... lol

Power of Swiping
This is the skill I bought it before and kind of regret it. Because I read the description "for MAX speed" LOL. It's not max speed I'm telling you. Still depend on your swipe speed. I found the best way to do this non stop is drawing a big circle on my screen. It won't work on Clan Quest BOSS. And BTW, they updated this skill after I use it. Now if you hold your screen, it will auto attack, but slowly.

Clan Crate
A big money box have lots of gold, you don't have to click on it right away. Check out the Tips section on the right.
The chance getting this for FREE is so low, like 5% I think?
It's so expensive, I hope they can lower the price then it's a good item to help out your clan members!

Tap Titans 2 Heroes List and their first 200 level skills [Video]

There are so many hero beside you (sword master). A total of 37 other ones.

I love the graphic of this game and all the heroes. I tried to find a Tap Titans 2 Heroes list but couldn't find one. No one so far have done this job. So I'm gonna do this and make it into a video. Put it on Youtube, so more people can see.

There are 3 types of Heroes: Melee, Range and Spell. Most people find boosting melee bonus is easier, but it's up to you.

When you heroes getting stronger, you basically can free your hand :) Also note that I heard in late game, you tap damage also restricted by hero damage. Heroes have skills that you can buy when you reach a certain level. They unlock at levels 20, 40, 60, 100, 200, 500, 1000 etc. In the video you will see those up to level 200.

There are 5 types of equipment, and base on rarity they have 3 type (Common, Rare, Legendary)

1. Weapon

Provides damage bonuses (Critical Damage, All Hero Damage, All Damage)

2. Helmet

Provides individual hero type bonuses (Melee/Ranged/Spell Hero damage)

3. Chest

Provides gold bonus (Chesterson Gold / All Gold)

4. Aura

Provides other benefits (Chesterson Chance, Critical Chance, Reduced Titan HP)

5. Slash

Provides tap or pet damage bonus (Pet Damage, x Tap Damage)

How do I get equipment in Tap Titans 2?

TT2 it's not a P2W game. You can't pay to buy equipment.
However, if you are lucky. You can find a good Legendary Weapon in daily shop. for 800 diamonds eg. In this case, if you don't have enough diamond. You can buy diamond packs with real cash :)

For regular free way of getting equipment will be grinding stages. You will receive 1 equipment for every 20 levels you reached (starting at stage 56). But system only reward you the first time you reach that stage. That means, even if you prestige then reach the same level, you will not get anything. So at stage 56, 76, 96, 116 etc you will see the following equipment reward. Just click on it to claim:

The equipment you get will be random.
However they have different level base on your current stage. That mean, when you reach higher stages. Even you got a same weapon but the level will be higher so will be better than your old one. Equipment can be sold for diamonds, really cheap in my opinion...

My opinion about good artifacts and bad artifacts in Tap Titans 2

I have not play the original Tap Titans, so those artifacts are new to me. And for early gaming it's kind of high end stuff for me. But now I have played and learned while I am playing. I think I can share something for the new clan mates.

First, let me show you my artifacts so you get an idea what it gonna look like. I have 13 artifacts so far.
And I still have one thousand relics didn't spend because I am still thinking whether I should continue leveling up my "Book of Shadow" or discover a new skill.

I didn't post the number 13 artifact, it's called "Titan Spear", useless.

OK, now here are my tiers about artifacts. Mine is a little different than the traditional one. I will post a traditional one link for reference at the end.

The best artifact ever:

No one will argue that. We all agree this is the best since it will give you more relic when prestige so save you a lot of time.

Tap Titans 2 loading issue? Tap Titans server error?

Existing known bugs (all my test base on iPhone 7 Plus):

Couldn't fight clan boss with mobile network.

My testing device is iPhone with T-mobile network. Also I read a post reddit some one tested on AT&T and Verizon. So we already covered 3 big network in the United States.

Then I got a feeling this might not be a network issue, it's a game design issue. Turns out I am right, use my wife's iPhone turn on personal hotspot. I joined her hotspot Wifi. It works! So basically this game have this bug that only works well on WIFI, no matter what internet provider or speed. It's a bug.

Okay, this Saturday(1/8/2017). PPL have gone crazy regarding all kinds of server issue. Also they have rumor on Reddit saying dev on vacation until 1/9/2017. lol. Well we won't talk about too much detail about how this happened to the server. I'm here to give you some tips what you should do to prevent bad things happen.

My personal story about lost progress.

I went to Vegas for Christmas, the night before I already at a level almost I wanna prestige. Thinking that fight a few more tomorrow on the way...

On my way to Vegas, I find out I can't fight clan quest. So I quit the game totally. I reopen the app again. I found it took so long to load the game, so I close the game re-open to load again. Then the game loading screen start to keep stuck at about 99%. Won't open. Even when I got to the hotel, with hotel Wifi I still can't open the game. So I uninstalled the game. Reinstall it. Import my account. Now all my stages are gone. They only save where your last prestige is. OMG, they should have told me this when we create the account. So those new stages I fought that close to prestige level are lost.

It's okay, it's only 100+ stages. I just do it again but it's a good warning for ppl don't know. BTW, I did write a support letter about this. You will never hear back from them. So don't bother trying.

So I can't play on the go unless bring my hotspot with me?

The answer is no. If you don't quit your game totally. You should be fine playing games. Just have some issue regarding clan quest etc. But for me, to be safe. I have another security setting change. That will be play offline when I don't have a wifi. If you are using iPhone, see following image for setting below to totally disable mobile data for this game.

In this case, even you totally closed this game. It's just gonna load into offline mode. It will be fine for leveling up, except...

What would happen if you prestige while server acting up?

I have saw people saying that it will lost all the relics reward.
I try it myself, they all lost. And I delete reinstall the game. Import again. Relics back but all my pets gone. I tried again later this whole import and now everything back to normal. Still, it's a bad idea to do that when server have issue.

Pet system is another important subject that new players always ask questions.
The good thing about pets are they will stay with you even after you prestige. (unlike hero, will gone)
So old players know the important of pet, they will always train their favorite ones.

How to get new pets?

By hatching eggs! You can see your hatching progress. See red square in image:

You don't have to be online to hatch eggs. However, you can only hatch 2 eggs the most. So you will need to collect them to make sure start hatching new ones. When you got the egg,tap on them, it will give you random pet type and level.
You can also get pets from tournament reward, daily reward [Mark B in the next image below], daily shop purchase [Mark A in the next image below]

How to level up pets?

By getting the same pet you have, it will add up the new pet level, if you get a new same level 1 pet, then your pet level will plus one. If you got a level 5 pet, then it will b plus five of your existing level.

How does the pet attack?

There are basic attack and skill attack for pets. You have to tap in order to let the pet do basic attack.
The default attack frequency is 20 times of your tap. They will attack one time for you. And that one shot is powerful. You can see there is a little circle mark D in image:

So you will know when exactly will the pet attack.
The first skill you learn will be a pet skill [Pet: Lightning Burst] , just click on it when it start to flash. Then it will explode. However, this will not work for boss, there is another skill only work for boss you can upgrade later, it's called Pet: Flash Zip. You can see the above image Mark C area, that's something you gonna click to perform the skill.

How to choose a Pet? What are Pet attribute?

The one I like is called Phobos, because it has great x Tap damage attribute.
The pet have active attribute and passive.

Active attribute, you need to pick one of your favorite pet, and it give you the active bonus. You can see I chose Phobos for example. It give me x15 Tap Damage. See the Blue square in image below:

Passive attribute, you don't need to select them. The bonus is little but it's always on. See image below for all the Green circle:

Pets below level 5, have no effect. You can see the image blew in Red square, The level 3 Toto is doing nothing at all:

Okay, finally I got some time to write this post.
Well this will save my time since this is a lot of new clan members gonna ask and care about.

When should you do your first prestige?

After reaching tap level 600 (sword master level = you), you will find the Prestige icon unlocked under all your skills. The best stage level to click that button however is around stage 105-110. You should do your first prestige as soon as possible.

I can't reach 600 level, what can I do?

The first prestige should not be hard. But I have heard many people get stuck. Well, it's not stuck there. It's just slow. So what you should do now is definitely not turn off the screen of your phone and walk away. Usually this will happen around 550+ level, you find it so hard to get to 600, don't have enough money, or you are close to stage 100 finding it's hard to beat the boss. Here are some tips for you.

Tip 1, use your Mana wisely. Save fire sword skill to beat the boss. Sometimes you can pass 2 boss with 1 fire sword skill if you tap fast enough. Your mana will regen slowly, so make sure you come back to do this from time to time.

Tip 2, keep your phone screen on while you doing other stuff. You will see the flying fairies! They are very helpful, sometimes they drop mana free skill, sometimes they drop gold! And for those who require you watch ad movie to get gold, go for it! because the gold amount is even greater in this case. (BTW, some fat fairy drop good stuff like perks)

Tip 3, choose the right pet to help you. At this very moment, the best pet for you will be those multiple tap damage. 2 pets can do that, one is called "Phobos", the other is called "Hamy", pick which ever have the higher level. They do the same tap damage bonus if they are the same level, but the Phobos have a little bit more in pet damage. That's why some people call it the best pet in game. But if you don't have them, pick the one increase all damage will work too.

Tip 4, use a perk to help you. (This only works for those who are luck to get a free one. If you don't have free one. Don't buy it, save your diamonds for pet and equipment.) The perk, make it rain. Will summon a lot of fairies to grant you a large amount of gold. You can see how much gold you will get in the star menu. And you should also know that the higher stage you use it, the more gold you will get. So save it until you really can't past that stage. Then use the money to level up your tap damage. 


Why do I need to prestige, what is prestige?

The reason you prestige if to get stronger so you will level up easier next time, well what is it?

It is an irreversible action of the main Hero, unlocked at level 600. It resets game progress:

Stages (you will start at Stage 1)
Gold
Player progress (level will be set to 1 and all skills will be rendered locked)
Squad composition (all heroes will abandon the squad and you'll need to hire them again, each at level 1)

The following however will be retained:

Diamonds
Player equipment
Relics
Artifacts (and their upgrade level)
Heroes' weapon upgrades
The main reason to prestige is to earn relics to purchase artifacts, which will help you to progress further in the game.

Joining a Tournament will prestige your Hero, even if you didn't reach level 600 in your current session.

Once unlocked, you can always select this action to see Prestige confirmation screen. There you can see how many relics and memory bonus it would bring. The screen can be dismissed. Only after confirmation the game will be reset.


Remember you can see what you will get before you confirm prestige, always check that make sure you get what you want that to make you stronger. Not prestige every time at same level, but higher at least give you a new skill or new relics enough for another artifacts!

3 Things you must do after joining a Tap Titans 2 Clan!

aka The reason you got kicked in TT2 Clan

What's the fun playing alone? Joining a Clan is a must Do for Tap Titans 2 players, let me walk you through everything about clan. This is very basic information but I hope you will find it useful since I am the Master of my clan, and I keep kicking people all the time. Don't blame me, it's something we have to do to keep our clan stronger and active. But following my tutorial will likely prevent you from getting kicked in Tap Titans 2 Clans.

Basic A, B, C after joining a Clan...

A, Clan Quest! Clan Quest! Clan Quest! We speak 3 times for important stuff. Yes, no matter what your level is, do the clan quest. It only took 30 seconds of your time and you can do it every hour. If the clan boss just defeated in cool down, then just remember if you are still on when it's up do it right away.

B, Say hello??!! Yes, this is for real. Where is your manner? I have seen so many people missing this basic greeting, even a preschool kid can do this!

C, Keep tapping, grinding... As a new player that never prestige before, your Clan Quest boss attack damage per tap is 50. This is fine. We all know you are new, but if you not leveling up. This is 50 damage forever which is not good for the clan. You should do your first prestige as soon as possible. To prestige, your tap level need to be 600, and the recommended stage level to do that is around stage 105-110.

BTW, can you change your name make sure it's not "Sword Master" LOL

Benefit of joining a clan?

Now here are the goodies, why you try so hard find a good clan and stay in one. Clans are great for boosting your damage. After you join a clan, a ship will appear in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. This ship will fire 10x your tap damage/sec every 10 seconds. This amount will increases, the higher clan boss level, the higher bonus damage!

How to join a clan in Tap Titans 2?

When you reached stage 25 (or 30 I forget). You will be prompt that you can now join a clan, there is a new clan icon looks like a shield and 2 sword on your screen's top left corner (right next to settings).

You can either browse all the clans around the world or search by clan code. I don't recommend new players create new clans.

How to increase Clan Boss attack damage in TT2?

New players will be confused, why everybody else have a higher damage against the clan quest boss. But they only have 50 per tap. That's because you have not prestige. The clan quest damage per tap is base on your highest prestige level. So it have nothing to do with your current level or stage. If you got your first prestige at stage 105, then you clan boss attack will instantly become 105 per tap.

What does the number after Clan Quest mean?

When you browse for clans or click "Clan Info" for your current clan, you will see [Clan Quest: 17] Something like that. That means this clan have accomplished 17 clan boss quest. The bigger number the better because that mean the clan is very active and strong that defeated level 17 boss. And reward you higher clan damage bonus!

My current stage is not shown in Clan info?

When you check the clan list by clicking "Clan info". You will see Stage 0 for yourself. That's not a system mistake. It's just how the game system designed. Here only shows your highest prestige stage level. So if you have not prestige it will show 0.
